Preparing an abstract

The invited and contributed presentations will be held in English (slides and presentations) to allow our foreign colleagues working in France to fully participate.

We are asking thus to prepare the abstract of your presentation in English according to the template and to submit it via the submission page.

The posters will be availabe during coffee breaks in addition to two
dedicated sessions.

Recommended poster format: A0 (portrait)

Submitting an abstract

Online submission for contributed talks will open on the 15^th of January 2020 and close the 21^th of February 2020.

Online submission for posters will open on the 15^th of January 2020 and close the 19^th of June 2020.

Only online submission is available.

To submit an abstract for an oral or a poster presentation, connect first to your personal Sciencesconf.org account by identifying yourself in the left-hand MY SPACE menu. If your are new to Sciencesconf.org, create an account and follow instructions.

Once connected, get to the Submissions page of the MY SPACE menu and follow instructions. Abstracts should be submitted in PDF format and prepared using the following template:

Posters are automatically accepted upon submission of an abstract.

Those who applied for an oral presentation will be informed by mail if their abstract has been accepted by the scientific committee, by the beginning of March 2020.
